The Set-NetAdapterIPsecOffload cmdlet sets the IPsec offload properties of the network adapter. When IPsec offload is enabled the network
adapter will perform the per packet encryption operations which reduces processor utilization. The enabled state can be set by running the
Enable-NetAdapterIPsecOffload or Disable-NetAdapterIPsecOffload cmdlet.
