Gets the bindings on the specified IIS site.
Get-WebBinding [[-Name] <String>] [-HostHeader <String>] [-IPAddress <String>] [-Port <String>] [-Protocol <String>] [<CommonParameters>]
Gets information about the bindings configured on the site specified, such as protocol and port number.
