Starts the DTC instance.
Start-Dtc [-AsJob] [-CimSession <CimSession[]>] [-DtcName <String>] [-ThrottleLimit <Int32>] [<CommonParameters>]
The Start-Dtc cmdlet starts the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) instance that the DtcName parameter specifies.
