The Enable-NetAdapterIPsecOffload cmdlet enables IPsec offload on the network adapter in the AuthHeaderEspEnabled state. The network adapter
will perform the appropriate per-packet encryption operation. The result is decreased processor utilization and possibly increased network
throughput. Note: The IPsec encryption algorithm supported by the network adapter must also be configured in the IPsec policy before
connections can be offloaded.
